Audit Assistant

We are looking for a motivated Audit Assistant to join our growing Audit team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on audit engagements for both Lithuanian and international clients while building a strong foundation for a career in audit and finance.

• Perform audit procedures, including testing, reconciliations, calculations, and analytical reviews.
• Analyze financial data and financial statements.
• Work with audit and data analysis tools, including MS Excel and audit software.
• Support audit teams in delivering high-quality services to clients.
• Develop an understanding of various industries, business models, and financial reporting practices.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to client engagements.

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong interest in audit, accounting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Good MS Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Strong communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered productivity and analytics solutions) and an interest in applying AI to improve efficiency, data analysis, or audit processes.
